Education & Training
My training comes through Denver Doula Training with Ann Pollack, where I’ve learned to walk alongside parents during one of life’s most meaningful moments. This workshop has equipped me with the knowledge, compassion, and hands-on experience to support families with confidence and care. Following my training with Ann Pollack, I completed my certification requirements through DONA International, further strengthening my knowledge and hands-on skills! In addition to my doula training, I bring over 9 years of experience as a Caregiver and QMAP, which have given me a strong foundation in compassionate care, advocacy, and supporting families during vulnerable moments.
As part of my training, I’ve completed education in:
Prenatal Education
Labor & Birth Education
Postpartum Education
Cultural Competency for Doulas
Lactation Support
Hands-On Experience
I’ve had the honor of attending two births, offering continuous emotional and physical support throughout labor and into the early postpartum period.
I have a passion for working with teen mothers and proudly partner with Florence Crittenton High School to support student mothers as they prepare for birth and parenthood.
Continuing Education
I am currently pursuing my nursing degree at Arapahoe Community College, with the goal of becoming a Labor & Delivery nurse. This path allows me to continue growing my knowledge while providing compassionate, evidence-based care to families at every stage of their journey!
