What does a doula do?

A doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. My role is to help you feel supported, informed, and confident while your medical team manages your clinical care.

Do you support all types of birth?

Yes! I support all birth choices, including:

My goal is to support you and your preferences, whatever they may be.

Do you work with high-risk pregnancies?

I can support high-risk pregnancies in a non-medical role! Offering emotional support, education, and advocacy while care is led by your medical provider. I always work within my scope and communicate openly to ensure you feel safe and supported.

How much experience do you have?

I’ve completed formal training through Denver Doula Training with Ann Pollack and have attended two births. I continue to grow my experience through hands-on learning, continuing education, and ongoing mentorship.

Do you support teen parents?

Yes! I have a special passion for supporting teen parents and proudly partner with Florence Crittenton High School to help students prepare for birth and parenthood. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space for all families!

When does your support begin?

Support begins after consultation, during pregnancy with:

I join you in person once labor begins and remain with you through the early postpartum period; postpartum check-ins available for up to two  weeks after birth to offer continued support, encouragement and guidance!

Are you a medical provider?

No. I am a trained doula, not a medical professional. I do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or procedures. I work alongside your healthcare team to support you emotionally and physically.

How do I book a consultation?
