Welcome, mama! I’m Bree, a birth and postpartum doula, a mother, and an aspiring L&D nurse located in Denver, Co. I created Blooming with Bree to support mothers during one of life’s most beautiful and transformative seasons; pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.
My journey into this work began with my own experience becoming a mother at 17. Navigating motherhood at a young age came with challenges, growth, and resilience. It showed me just how meaningful compassionate, consistent support can be. That experience shaped who I am today and ignited my passion for walking alongside other parents, especially teen parents, with understanding, encouragement, and care.
Before becoming a doula, I spent nine years working as a caregiver and QMAP, supporting elders through some of life’s most vulnerable moments and that experience grounded me in compassion, advocacy, and attentive care. These are values I now carry into every birth and postpartum journey.
I'm blessed to partner with Florence Crittenton High School, where I support teen mothers as they balance pregnancy, parenting, and education. (I attended Flo Crit as a teen mom myself in 2018). I completed my training through Denver Doula Training with Ann Pollack and earned my certification through DONA International, equipping me with strong, evidence-based tools to support families with confidence and care.
My approach as your doula is calm, supportive, and client-centered. I believe every birth is unique, and my role is to honor your choices, advocate for your voice, and help you feel confident and empowered throughout your journey; whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or simply needing reassurance along the way.
I proudly support families of all backgrounds and believe every parent deserves to feel safe, respected, and deeply supported, no matter their age, experience, or circumstances!
